參芪當歸湯 功  效:參芪當歸湯具有驅寒暖胃、益氣活血等作用。 成  份:黨參、北芪、當歸、淮山、杞子、圓肉、雞心棗。 備  料:竹絲雞(1隻)、生薑(3片)、米酒(少許)、鹽(適量)。 簡易做法: 當歸、淮山清水浸 1 小時, 黨參及北芪剪成小段、杞子、雞心棗剪開去核、生薑切片洗淨放入煲內,注入適量熱水和米酒,煲約 2 小時,調味即可。 Shenqi Angelica Soup Efficacy: Shenqi Angelica Decoction has the functions of dispelling cold and warming the stomach, invigorating qi and activating blood.
