產後進補湯

做法: 雲苓、白朮、當歸、川芎以清水浸 1 小時洗,杜仲、巴戟、北芪剪成小段,鹿茸、鹿尾羓、高麗蔘切片備用,炙甘草、熟地黃、杞子以清水洗淨, 產後進補湯材料(玉桂芯除外),加 8 碗熱水煲成 2 碗,隔渣,取出湯汁, 將鹿茸、鹿尾羓、高麗蔘及瘦肉放入燉盅內,注入湯汁和米酒,隔水燉約 3 小時,落鹽調味, 然後放玉桂芯於杯底,倒入燉好湯汁,蓋上焗 5 分鐘即成。  

Postpartum Improve Soup

Practice: Soak Yunling, Atractylodes, Angelica and Chuanxiong in water for 1 hour. Cut Eucommia, Morinda officinalis and Beiqi into small pieces. Slice deer antler, deer tail and Korean ginseng for later use. For postpartum tonic soup ingredients (excluding jade and cinnamon core), add 8 bowls of hot water and boil into 2 bowls, separate the residue, take out the soup, put the antler, deer tail, Korean ginseng and lean meat into the stew pot, pour the soup and rice wine , simmer in water for about 3 hours, season with salt, then put cinnamon core on the bottom of the cup, pour in the stewed soup, cover and bake for 5 minutes.
